Description
Implements ADR-0006 Store sync state in PostgreSQL Accepted: cursors and retry counters move to PostgreSQL.
- It replaces the SQLite storage of ADR-0002 Keep sync state in SQLite files Superseded.
- It follows the cross-project decision Meta › ADR-0002 Use one shared PostgreSQL service for every instance Accepted.
- Any change of approach is a new ADR, as ADR-0001 Record architecture decisions Accepted says.
Still to confirm with operations (see <broken reference>). In code, ADR#0004 is left as typed.
Supplier constraints follow <restricted ADR-0001>, in a project you may not see.
