Description
Context and Problem Statement¶
Yank keeps a little state between runs: the last synced revision and one cursor per remote.
Considered Options¶
- One SQLite file per workspace
- A server database
Decision Outcome¶
Chosen option: "One SQLite file per workspace", because no server is needed.
Consequences¶
- Good, because installation needs nothing else.
- Bad, because several hosts cannot share the state.
